Mount Etna — Canon-Deep

Canon-Deep Content — Spoilers Ahead

Mount Etna is not merely a volcanic region, but a place of origin and transformation.
Its fire is bound to creation itself, serving as the birthplace of Hades, the eldest of the Elemental Gods.
From its depths, power was given form, marking the mountain as one of the most sacred and dangerous places in Olympus.

Gaia and the Storm

8 years after the birth of Hades. A great storm would take shape, the storm that would give rise to Zeus.
Gaia would ascend the mountain in pursuit of it.
Lightning struck with such force that it split the stone itself, leaving a lasting scar upon the mountain.
What was once whole was broken, and Mount Etna was forever changed by the moment the storm was claimed.

At the base of Mount Etna lies a passage unseen by most.
Hidden within the fractured stone is the threshold to the Underworld, a place where fire gives way to judgment, rest, and eternal balance.
The mountain stands not only as a place of birth, but as a boundary between worlds.
